**JOB PURPOSE**
- To monitor the Branch Operations Department in providing operational support for branches to ensure day-to-day operational activities of the company (Branches and Agents) are running smoothly, all internal guidelines & compliance issues are met and service quality standards are of the highest standards;
- To work with the various business units within the company to assist and participate in the development of new products as well as product testing and preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with external and internal liaisons on matters regarding the day-to-day operational activities of the branches;
- Support the Department to facilitate smooth branch operations and service levels at all times as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
- To ensure branch compliance with BNM’s regulatory and Company’s internal guidelines;
- Supervise subordinates to ensure smooth departmental and branch operations;
- In charge of all cash management matters related to branches.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

- To possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Master/ Professional Certificate in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role/capacity of work with leadership capabilities
- Good knowledge and experience in retail operations in the financial industry are essential
- Proficient in the design, development, and implementation of branch systems and robust operations functions to support business growth and improve overall of operation efficiency
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop team members to achieve personal growth and operational excellence as a cohesive team
- Results-driven and highly collaborative with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent communication skills with a good ability to present one’s ideas with conviction and persuasively
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, analytical and multitasking skills.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
