- Physically count items in stock, using a handheld scanner or other device
- Ensure daily cycle count activity is carried out to maintain stock accuracy
- To adhere to established inventory control, procedures, and instructions
- Perform quality checking on products, determine equipment, and material issues
- Support in coordinating & facilitating all shipping related activities
- Perform audit & inspection when necessary (upon Management/Superior instruction)
- Pack, organize, and rearrange stocks in office-based warehouse
- Prepare requisition orders for incoming stock
- Contribute ideas and improvements for department
- Contribute to team effort to deliver expected results
- Any other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience needed
- Have experience and knowledge on use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Flexible and adapt working in a fast-paced work environment, fast-learner
