We are a 36 year old environmental protection mechanical engineering company and are currently undertaking continuous projects and due to our business expansion, we are inviting you to join us as one of our dynamic team

Your Job Responsibilities:

- To submit Daily QC Reports on time.
- To inspect, monitor and record all fabricated items from receipt of raw material, work in progress, welding, painting and finished products.
- To have good practical experience and track record of planning, executing, supervising, monitoring, checking, inspecting steel metal sheet fabrication work and achieve high standard and quality products.
- To have knowledge in ASME standard, WPS/WPQ, DPT, MPI etc.
- To attend weekly meetings and compile/submit all the weekly report timely.
- To participate and handle ISO documentations.
- To liaise and follow up with all related parties for production QC matters
- Authority to release all conformance finish product.
- Overall responsible in veryfying, compiling and log related internal quality record.
- To assist Production in developing work instruction, necessary quality record and related matter.
- To handle any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
- Preferably to have Steel Structure Fabrication experience and have welding certs CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2
- Have experience in such as instrument handle Vernier caliper, paint coating thickness gauge, surface profile gauge, laser measurement.
- Prepare the QC report material receiving traceability report, fit up inspection report, dimensional report, visual inspection report, weld map report.
- To prepare the procedure for welding, blasting and painting.

Qualifications Required:

- A recognized Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or Diploma in Welding & Fabrication from technical institute.
- Preferably to have knowledge in CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 Visual Welding Inspector
- Minimum 5 years relevant QC experience related to steel fabrication.
- Practical hands-on competency.
- Able to work under pressure and work independently.

- Able to work 5 days a week at Nilai,Negeri Sembilan.
