Job Functions, Duties & Responsibilities

Your job functions, duties & responsibilities shall cover the following:

- 1. To supervise fabrication work center activities (machining, fit up, welding, blasting, painting and lifting).

2. To plan of works flow in the production including assign jobs to the production workers and ensure fabrication works are done accordingly to client's requirement

3. To ensure all welding are done accordance to client's requirement and approved procedures

4. To set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate to employees

5. To organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

6. To ensure the safe use of equipment and Manage periodic equipment maintenance and maintain records of all maintenance activities

7. To identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

8. To train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

9. To enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

10. To work within an ERP system to acquire and analyze manufacturing data

11. To ensure workplace safety in the factory

**Required Skills**:
1. Able to read drawing & work out material usage calculation

2. Familiar with mild steel and stainless steel fabrication

3. Familiar with varierty of machinery tools which include CNC laser/ plasma, bending, rolling, welding and compressor

4. Ability to multitask

5. Advanced skills in MS Office

6. Organizational and leadership abilitie

7.Communication and interpersonal skills

8. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

9. Problem-solving skills

10. Have working knowledge of codes & standards such as ASME, AWS, WPS inspection procedures.

Work Experience Required, Other Attributes & Pre-requisites:

- Able to work under pressure and work independently.
- Able to work 5 days a week at Nilai,Negeri Sembilan. Monday - Friday-Have experience in steel structure fabrication work is added advantage.
