Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated City Manager to lead the upcoming operations in Penang. Within a leading role, the City Manager will be leading and supervising the operations of his city, ensuring compliance with the KPI's outlined in the Business Plan. You will need to coordinate operations with the HQ team, the local team, and local bottlers. Additionally, he will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the team to ensure operational excellence and meeting operational goals in all markets. Responsibilities Develop operation strategies Monitoring operations plans Advising project risks and issues and their solutions Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings Coordinate with HQ team the execution of the operation in the city. Preparation of presentations and demonstration materials in preparation for internal and client presentations Skills Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with strong time management, leadership, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work with no supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks Ability to work closely with remote project teams with varying seniority levels, work styles and work schedules Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude Team working Analytical and commercial skills Interpersonal skills Results-oriented Qualifications Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the digital startup industry Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Project Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related Fluent in English and in local languages Passionate about entrepreneuring and technology Benefits Be part of a new high-potential project, and have a significant opportunity to grow with it Work closely with CEOs, founders and business leaders Supportive company culture
