**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Registration and Enrollment**
- Oversee and support the student registration and course enrollment process.
- Ensure students are enrolled accurately in accordance with their program structure and progression.
- Coordinate course scheduling with academic departments to meet program and student demands.
- Provide assistance to students facing issues with registration, course amendments, or academic requirements.

**2. Academic Records Management**
- Maintain and manage accurate student academic records, including grades, transcripts, and graduation eligibility data.
- Process transcript and certification requests and handle degree verification procedures.
- Support and verify degree audits to ensure students fulfill graduation requirements.

**3. Policy and Procedure Support**
- Enforce academic policies and procedures relating to registration, grading, withdrawals, academic standing, and credit transfers.
- Disseminate policy-related information to students and staff to ensure compliance and understanding.
- Assist in reviewing and updating academic regulations as required.

**4. Student Support**
- Serve as a point of contact for students regarding registration, academic standing, and program-related inquiries.
- Advise students on program requirements, add/drop procedures, and course planning.
- Liaise with academic advisors and faculty members to resolve student academic issues.

**5. Reporting and Administrative Support**
- Generate and analyze reports related to student enrollment, academic performance, and retention.
- Assist in data compilation and reporting for internal planning and accreditation purposes.
- Contribute to the maintenance and revision of academic calendars, course catalogs, and registration schedules.

**6. Special Projects**
- Participate in and support the planning and execution of academic events such as orientation and graduation ceremonies.
- Assist with the development and improvement of academic systems and processes.
- Support institutional initiatives related to academic services, digital transformation, and process efficiency.
