**Responsibilities**:

- Execute crucial tasks for complex and nonstandard deals and contracts.
- Represent Deal and Contract Assist (DCA) during specified sales calls, managing administration and processes.
- Resolve escalations from the field and internal elevations.
- Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Professional-level proficiency in Mandarin (written, verbal, and reading skills)
- Work experience in operations or contract management
- Exposure to an international business setting
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and coordination
- Exceptional communication skills and engagement with sellers
- Keen attention to detail, commitment to policies, and adherence to processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues during service delivery.
- Proficient in delivering insights through analytics.

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Operation Hours: Rotational Shift; 8 AM - 8 PM
- 07:00 shift start
- 09:00 shift start
- 13:00 shift start

Working Days: Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
