**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Process orders and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for timely replenishment.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system and update details as required.
- Follow up with clients regarding order status, payments, and after-sales services.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Track and update sales KPIs for management review.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Prepare and manage sales documents such as contracts, invoices, and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales administrative or coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving issues.
