Collaborate with top management to enhance processes and controls, ensuring the integrity of the company's financial records.
- Oversee all financial control activities, including reviewing and analyzing monthly and quarterly figures and disclosures.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective policy-making and financial strategizing for top management.
- Summarize budget trends, analyze deficiencies, and report variances.
- Handle tax preparation duties or collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions throughout the business.
- Develop and monitor company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to protect company assets and minimize fraud.
- Ensure compliance with necessary tax, permit, licensing, and due diligence requirements.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Provide necessary documentation and support to external auditors.

**Job Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor’s/Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, math, economics, or a related field.
- Possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ACCA/CFA professional license and membership, highly valued in this competitive field.
- Have a minimum of 15 years of direct experience in accounting, auditing, and finance roles.
- Exhibit strong management skills, leadership abilities, and motivation, coupled with excellent business acumen.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Possess strong technical financial expertise.
- Exhibit efficiency and time management skills.

**Salary**: RM16,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
