Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance–Technology Alignment

  • Partner with Finance and Technology leadership to define and execute the digital finance transformation roadmap.
  • Ensure finance requirements are embedded in system architecture, data models, and reporting frameworks.

Controls & Governance

  • Strengthen financial control frameworks through technology enablement and automation.
  • Ensure systems are designed to support compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity across multiple entities.

Reporting & Data Architecture

  • Lead the development of scalable, integrated reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP, Power BI, and related platforms.
  • Drive data standardization, consistent mappings, and governance across Tech Finance to improve reporting reliability.

Transformation & Innovation

  • Champion the adoption of automation, AI, and advanced analytics to enhance finance operations.
  • Drive digital initiatives across month-end close, forecasting, and cost management to improve efficiency and agility.

Business Partnering

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and oversee successful system adoption.

Change Leadership

  • Lead change management and user enablement efforts for new systems and processes.
  • Provide training, communication, and ongoing support to ensure smooth transitions and user engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) or equivalent experience.
  • 12–15 years of experience in finance transformation, systems implementation, or enterprise finance leadership.
  • Deep expertise in ERP systems (Oracle), BI tools (Power BI), and finance data architecture.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a matrixed, multinational organization is highly advantageous.
