• Business partnering with respective business stakeholders in driving the Finance & Business

initiatives and emphasis on control compliance, information management, process improvement, simplification, and automation where possible.


• Support business through deep knowledge of financial operation and expertise.


• Main liaison for business with other finance functions, such as local finance, tax team, financial planning and analysis team, etc.


• Lead and/or support process improvement for finance and foster a culture of early problem identification, timely resolution, and broad-based employee engagement.


• Take charge of the whole transformation program/initiatives (if any):

  • Design & enable process review gatherings, create ideas for solutions that improve stakeholder experience

  • Develop business cases, comprising of increasing the senior management support, to achieve business purposes. Pinpoint assess & mitigate business threats

  • Keep constant communication with all stakeholders

  • Designing to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies

  • Designing of reporting requirements for operational reports, service level requirements and process KPIs

  • Assisting in managing Process Transition, Knowledge Transfers & Process Reengineering


• Preparing SOP documents for processes approved by the management, including the Board Papers preparation or update of the relevant Policies & Procedures and Limit of Authority (LOA).


• Ensure appropriate business processes and internal control are in place. This includes reviewing and implementing business processes and internal control which improves operational efficiency.


• Responsible for calculating and ensuring accurate posting of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Platform-related transactions (Revenue and Opex) for the e-commerce business in both Malaysia and Singapore markets.


• Act as the Finance representative in coordinating with the Risk team to prepare key risk management reports, including SORMIC reporting, Risk Register, Business Impact Analysis, and other related submissions.


• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time and in timely manner.
