Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as the primary finance partner for the BU, leading performance reviews (Orders, Revenue, P&L), translating insights into strategies, influencing decisions, and building strong cross-functional relationships to embed financial thinking in commercial actions.
• Revenue & Margin Optimization: Analyze customer and product profitability to guide pricing and portfolio strategies, partner with commercial teams on margin-protecting frameworks, develop dynamic forecasting and scenario models, and drive continuous improvement in accuracy and reporting with FP&A.
• Commercial Agreement & Contract Support: Provide financial input into customer negotiations, model optimal deal structures, track post-deal performance for value realization, and support governance of commercial agreements to reduce leakage and ensure compliance.
• Investment & Strategic Initiative Support: Evaluate business cases, tenders, and strategic projects through robust financial analysis and ROI assessment, identify cost-to-serve inefficiencies to improve leverage, and deliver insights that guide capital allocation, growth investments, and optimization initiatives.
• Data Driven Insight & Technology Enablement: Champion the use of financial dashboards and analytics tools to enhance decision-making, and drive adoption of digital solutions that improve visibility, speed, and accuracy in commercial finance processes.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
• CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Experience in commercial analysis
• Strong business partnering experience
