Qashier is looking for an excellent Merchant Onboarding Executive to support our growth

We are a dynamic and fast-growing team that is excited about commerce, retail, and payments and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for a service-oriented individual to join our Merchant Onboarding team. You'll be leading and executing the entire merchant onboarding process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Account Management to ensure our merchants receive the best onboarding experience when they first join our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire merchant onboarding experience, from account configuration and setup (menu, payment accounts, online store, etc) to training and going live.
- Implement and enforce KYC and AML policies during the merchant onboarding process, ensuring merchants comply with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Account Management departments to ensure that merchant onboarding, account setup, and order fulfillment are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the merchant's account and product configuration are optimized for business operations.
- Provide excellent support and service throughout the onboarding process.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in merchant onboarding or payment processing
- Experience with POS solutions, payment gateway systems, or merchant services is a plus
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good oral & written abilities
- A keen attention to detail and customer service oriented
- Tech savvy and able to maneuver various technical systems
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a strong ability to multitask
- Passionate about technology, Fintech, and the retail space
