**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Banquet and Coffee House outlets with a strong focus on customer care. Ensures excellent service standards, smooth coordination between service and kitchen, and provides hands-on leadership to the team to deliver a pleasant and memorable guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight**
- Assist in managing daily operations of the Banquet and Coffee House.
- Ensure smooth setup, service, and teardown of banquet functions and daily coffee house operations.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and timeliness.
- Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to maintain service flow.

**Customer Service & Experience**
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback or complaints.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to engage with guests and resolve issues immediately.
- Train staff on service excellence and proper guest interaction techniques.

**Staff Management**
- Supervise and guide F&B staff including servers, captains, and banquet team members.
- Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance and grooming standards.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing staff.

**Sales & Coordination**
- Liaise with Sales & Marketing and Banquet Sales for event details and function requirements.
- Assist in promoting coffee house specials and banquet packages.
- Follow up on guest inquiries and special requests to ensure satisfaction.

**Administration & Reporting**
- Assist in inventory control, stock requisition, and cost management.
- Ensure proper documentation of function orders, guest feedback, and daily reports.
- Support F&B Manager with audits, budgeting, and compliance with SOPs.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B operations, preferably in banquet or all-day dining.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
