HR / MARKETING Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for performing HR/marketing related tasks at a professional level and working closely with the director in support of all clinical units.
- Respond to inquiries from inside and outside the company that involve verification of employment, benefits and employment activities according to established procedures.
- Prepare reports and correspondence as directed by the HR Director including confidential information related to employees.
- Administer and coordinate the completion of documents related to new hires and terminations for various systems.
- Maintain employee personnel files in accordance with company policy and government regulations. Maintain records in accordance with company record keeping requirements.
- Administrative tasks and record keeping
- Can handle company accounts and manage
- Any other work duties assigned.
- Formulate and implement strategies to increase awareness of the existence of the company's products to the general public.
- Proactive in achieving sales targets and achieving company goals
- Innovative in delivering business models, branding and marketing approaches
- Carry out promotional and advertising activities continuously
- Forecast and determine sales volume, profit margin and net profit clearly in line with the target result / gross profit set.
- Expand the name of the clinic on social media
- Planning, developing strategies and marketing activities (posters & videos)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
