Education / Certifications:

- Fresh graduate or final year student from any majors (preferred: Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology major).

Job specific requirements:

- Interested in industrial HR; especially in coaching and building talent development programs for food manufacturing company.
- Agile over perfection, structured, communicative, self-driven and possess high willingness to learn new things.
- Excellent in data collection, problem-solving and analytical skills, can led discussions between stakeholders.
- Able to use Ms. Office (minimum Excel, PPT, Word) is required. Additional point on visualization skills using Canva, Power BI, or other visualization and illustration tools.
- Show good proactiveness in organizations, extracurricular activities, internship, or business case competitions.
- Comfortable in both Bahasa and English-speaking environment
