Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, contract details, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and other related documentation to clients.
- Receive and process sale orders online or via WhatsApp/Facebook/Website.
- Maintaining sales records, compiling daily and monthly sales reports.
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop and compiling monthly and daily sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Describe a product features and benefits
- Handle order processing process from follow up a quotation from customers and update the order status.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts and online marketing campaigns, ensuring content is relevant and engaging
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing,
- Strong communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Experience in content creation and social media management, particularly on Facebook and TikTok
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
