**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure proper allocation and availability of resources.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate control methods.
- Evaluate project performance using the right tools and metrics.
- Provide reports to management and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
- Foster effective partnerships with third-party vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed project briefs and clarify specific requirements.
- Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths, skills, and experience.
- Monitor project outcomes to evaluate achievement of both short-term and long-term goals.
- Ensure projects stay within budget and adjust plans based on financial analysis.
- Share detailed project plans with clients and team members to align expectations.
- Attend relevant conferences and training programs to enhance professional knowledge.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to support project documentation and analysis.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Primavera
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
- Willing to work at **Cameron Highlands**

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
