JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using established control processes.
- Evaluate performance through appropriate tools, metrics, and post-project analysis.
- Prepare and present reports to management, escalating issues and risks when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed briefs, clarify requirements, and align expectations.
- Assign tasks strategically based on team members' skills, experience, and strengths.
- Monitor outcomes to evaluate both short-term deliverables and long-term objectives.
- Ensure financial discipline, keeping projects within budget and adjusting plans as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project records, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
- Continuously develop leadership skills and stay updated through relevant conferences and training programs.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support successful project completion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates with experience in high-rise residential building projects will be preferred.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Primavera
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
- Willing to work at Cameron Highlands
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM6, RM7,500.00 per month
