**Responsibilities**:

- Installation, Configuration, and Management: Install, configure, and manage both physical and virtual Windows servers, including VMware environments.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular tasks like patching, updates, backups, and monitoring server performance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with Windows servers, including performance bottlenecks and software problems.
- User Account Management: Create, manage, and modify user accounts and permissions.
- System Optimization: Improve system performance through tuning and optimization techniques.
- VMware Administration: Manage VMware environments, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
- Level 3 Responsibilities (in addition to Level 2):

- Advanced Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues, particularly in areas like Active Directory.
- Active Directory Expertise: Manage Active Directory, including DNS zones, sites, and subnets, and troubleshoot related problems.
- Risk Management: Identify and address IT security risks, working with the IT Risk team.

**Primary Skills**:

- Windows Server Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, including features and capabilities.
- Active Directory: Strong understanding of Active Directory, including DNS, DNS zones, and site management.
- VMware: Experience with VMware vSphere, including virtual machine management, networking, and storage.
- Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Scripting: Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell.
- Networking: Understanding of network protocols and infrastructure.
- Backup and Recovery: Experience with backup and recovery technologies

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
