Process Control Expert

- Primary Production unit's operational support by process control tuning and automation
- Troubleshooting when plant reliability issue happens and carried out reliability improvement project on DCS
- To coordinate and manage as project manager for the automation projects, capital investment projects for reliability and efficiency projects in the East Asia Pacific cluster from the early project development phases until the completion of the project execution or the project development, and handover to the local team or to the Industrial Operations.
- She/he leads to find an efficiency project and area of room for automation level improvement with Assets & Technorogy Process team and Performance Analysis Engineer in End-to-End team, the business team and the operations team from early stages of an efficiency project development and ensures adequacy of countries needs.
- She/he interacts with Engineering, subcontractors, procurement, risk management and operation team of each country in the East Asia Pacific cluster.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
1 - Participate in the project development and acts as project manager in all aspects in the projects
- Gather all requirements information and ensure their taking into account to define the scope best adapted to the project as project manager
- Responsible for preparing technical specifications for any of modification and implement it
- Coordinates and ensure proper control in project reviews by relevant parties
- Accountable for project management and it’s progress
- Support of controls costs and budget for the projects

2 - Communicate with overseas group affiliate and launch our best practice to AL group
- All the project's lesson learned needs to be shared with AL group

3 - Develop process control expert / efficiency engineer in the team
- Develop a people who wants to be a process control expert and/or efficiency engineer as mentor for her/him.
- Support projects during whole period until project completion as manager.
- Training for team and expand its scope to the cluster level.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Master or Bachelor in Science in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent
- DCS Engineering (Yokogawa CENTUM)
- Communication in English (e.g. face to face, telephone conference, technical presentation)
- Electrical & Instruments engineering (preferable)
