1. Receive and check the finished products quantity as per FPDA & transfer order from production, transfer the finished products to Quarantine rack/area.

2. Paste Approved or Reject label, update stock card. Ensure all inventory records are up to date.

3. Pick and issue finished products according to FEFO (First Expired First Out). Pack and palletize according to shipment packing list. Update stock card for any changes for product tracking.

4. Daily monitor and record temperature and humidity under control.

5. Ensure the store is kept clean and organized. Housekeeping of warehouse.

6. Monthly finished products stock take. Ensure the physical stock is tally with the stock card and inventory system.

7. Move and arrange the finished products to rack.

8. Assist forklift driver to transfer, loading/unloading the material/scrap & waste at neutral area.

9. Follow up with supervisor from time to time on the job delegation.

10. Assist in daily store operational activities.

11. To carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

12. To comply with GMP.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
