Storekeeper

1.Receives and inspects all incoming materials (physically) and reconciles against purchase orders
2.Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports and tracks any damages and discrepancies on orders received.
3.Arrange for supplying materials to production and keeping record of the movement
4.Arrange for returning of rejected items to vendor
5.Responsible for doing Goods Receipt in SAP for any incoming deliveries upon verified
6. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
7.Delivery creation for export shipment
8.To do material adjustment form for imported FG materials to Kuantan materials.
9. Replenish and request for purchasing on any incoming stock supplies
10.Update and confirm that production materials are sufficient and maintained at an optimal inventory level.
11.Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials
12. To organize the transportation of raw materials in containers to the production area and maintain a record of their movement.
13.Ensure that supplies are disseminated in designated area
14.Overseeing external damage to materials.
15.Manage and regulate the movement of materials within the warehouse
16.Collaborate closely with the forklift supplier regarding forklift services.
17.Dispatch all shipping documents to clients immediately after the completion of shipments.
18.To finalize the container checklist upon the arrival of empty export containers.
19. To perform system issuance in relation to the production order compared to the actual physical issuance of packaging materials based on the production job number.
20.Verify the items designated for export shipment against the delivery order and the physical inventory prior to the loading of materials into containers or trucks by warehouse personnel.
21. Coordinate with production, customer service, and the production planner regarding any necessary relabeling tasks.
22. Coordinate with production staff regarding any inconsistencies in finished goods during the transfer from production to the warehouse.
23.To keep records of products in blocked stock to ensure that physical is matching the system
24.To run 9E1 on daily basis
25.To do a weekly cycle count as per schedule

**Qualifications**:
1.Certificate in any discipline or SPM level with at least 5 years’ working experience
3.Computer literate and have good communication skills.
