Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support for both business and personal matters.
- Accurately record and document minutes of meetings with clarity and detail.
- Coordinate, delegate, and monitor tasks as required by top management to ensure seamless execution of company objectives.
- Follow up with Heads of Departments (HODs) on internal and external operational matters.
- Manage the Director’s travel arrangements, including bookings and reservations.
- Assist with personal errands and family-related tasks as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Mature, professional, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undertake moderate travel as required.
- Ability to work after hours and on weekends when required.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
