**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description:
- Receives and inspects all incoming shipments and reconciles with delivery order tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
- Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
- Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves according to the category.
- Ensure that goods arrange (in & out) according to the ‘first in first out’ order.
- Preparing online clients' orders within given timeframe by the e-marketplace.
- Responsible for stocking shelves, organizing cartons, and performing inventory counts.
- Responsible for inventory replenishment and preparing purchasing order -Responsible in processing return parcel, cancelled parcel or non-conforming goods.- Ensure receive item is tally as per document and in a good condition and ensure the actual stock and stock in the system is tally.
- Maintains the store area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Serve as point of contact on logistic related issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
- SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a logistics assistant will be an added advantage. -Ability to handle stock with ease.- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods.
- Physically fit and own transport.
