ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (AR) Menyediakan invois kepada Pelanggan menggunakan "Delivery Order" yang telah dihantar kepada Pelanggan. - Menyemak dan mengemaskinikan "Statement of Accounts" Pemiutang setiap bulan. - Mengemaskinikan senarai Harga Part setiap kali perubahan dibuat. - Menyediakan "Debit Note" dan "Credit Note" kepada Pelanggan sekiranya terdapat sebarang perubahan dalam invois. - Menyediakan laporan "PDIO" bagi Perodua Mfg. SDn Bhd dan Perodua Engine Sdn Bhd untuk tujuan inbois kepada Perodua. - Menyediakan laporan PDI unutk tujuan inbois kepada Perodua. - Menyediakan laporan "ERS Discrepancies" pada setiap bulan selepas ERS di inboiskan. - Memeriksa segala D.O daripada TPL untuk memastikan barangan yang telah dihantar termasuk di dalam ERS. - Menyediakan "Weekly and Monthly Sales" dan "Laporan Monthly Collection from Customer" untuk tujuan Mesyuarat Mingguan Pengurusan. - Masukkan/"Key-In" invois, "Debit Note", "Credit Note" dan Penerimaan Tunai dari Pelanggan ke dalam Sistem. - Menyelesaikan sebarang masalah pelanggan berhubung dengan invois dan akaun Pelanggan. - Memastikan Pelanggan membuat pembayaran tepat pada masa dan tempoh pembayaran seperti yang ditetapkan oleh Pengurusan. - Menceraikan invois untuk tujuan pemfailan dan pengeposan kepada Pelanggan. - Melaksanakan Amalan 5's dijalankan di pejabat sepanjang masa. - Menjawab dan mengambil pesanan telefon semasa ketiadaan Eksekutif atau Ketua Jabatan. - Memastikan segala dokumen dikemaskinikan dan difailkan dengan betul. - Mematuhi dan melaksanakan segala arahan dan kaedah kerja yg telah ditetapkan didalam Manual TS16949. - Membantu Eksekutif dan Pengurus Besar Pentadbiran & Akaun didalam menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang ditetapkan oleh Pengurusan. - Terlibat dalam menjayakan aktiviti kesedaran dan latihan berkaitan alam sekitar, keselamatan dan kesihatan. **Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate **Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Accounts Receivable: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Bahasa (preferred)
