Position : Account Executive (Full set)

Location : Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru

Salary : RM3,200 - RM5,500 (depending on experience)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
- Process invoices, payments, and staff claims on time
- Perform bank and inter-company reconciliations
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and work with auditors
- Handle payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents

Job Requirements:

- Able to communicate in Mandarin & English (both spoken and written)
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experienced in managing a full set of accounts
- For full set account role: 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in accounting software & Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
