- Supervise daily café and canteen operations, ensuring smooth food and beverage service for staff and guests.
- Oversee and coordinate café crew schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Operate and oversee the cashless payment or POS system, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and support management in achieving cost control and service efficiency.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in café, canteen, or F&B operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and customer service standards.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in POS or cashless payment systems, with basic administrative skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to interact well in a multicultural environment.
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
