As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll spearhead the enhancement of our CRM and Telephony system, responding to the growing significance of Salesforce in every facet of our business. Collaborating closely with internal teams, your primary focus will be on the technical dimensions of Salesforce administration, development, and ensuring data integrity. **Key Responsibilities**: - Daily Maintenance & Troubleshooting: - New user setup and ongoing user permissions. - Handling support cases from staff users. - Resolving login issues, isolated data issues, record ownership changes, flow assistance, and more. - Address issues with user Salesforce instances, records, and activity logging. - Development & Enhancement: - Migrate existing code (e.g., Lead round robin) from Apex to Flow. - Refine and develop user interfaces for optimal UX. - Engage in code-heavy configurations as needed. - Manage and improve Salesforce Chat, Partner Portal, and other integral systems. - Data Integrity & Management: - Ensure data accuracy and address record de-duplications. - Review field-accessibility, profile management, and sharing settings. - Enhance data security and permissions. - Project & Change Management: - Collaborate with technical teams, especially concerning the Pay-Salesforce API. - Ensure a systematic deployment process, utilising the “sandbox > UAT > Production” methodology. - Document all changes and implementations in Atlassian (Jira or Confluence) for efficient change management and dependency testing. - Spearhead ongoing and future projects, ensuring all are aligned with business needs. - Integration & Expansion: - Oversee integrations, such as with Genesys and GreenID. - Explore and implement new Salesforce features and capabilities. - Ensure the system aligns with third-party offers and collaborations. **Skills, Experience & Qualification** - Salesforce Administrator and Developer accreditation. - Proficiency in Salesforce Configurations, Apex, and Flow. - Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence. - Understanding of data security and permissions in Salesforce. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills: - Prior experience in telephony systems, especially Genesys. - Knowledge of data structures, such as Mongo or PostGres **ASW Offers** - We are experts in International Talent Partnering.
