To this end, we are seeking an experienced UX Designer | MY who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
- Responsibilities- Partner with Product Owners and Engineers to define user experience from initial concept through successful implementation.
- User Experience: Conduct user research in many forms (such as user interviews, user surveys (quantitative and qualitative data analysis), user flows, user journeys, card sorting, information architecture, user testing) to validate designs and make iterative improvements
- Prototyping: Visualize and prototype intended solutions, from high-level wireframes or mock-ups to conceptual presentations to highly technical documents and diagrams
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with the local and remote Agile Scrum teams, working iteratively to deliver the best customer experience
- Qualifications- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with development teams and product owners to deliver the best experience to customers.
- Experience in tools such as 3dsMax, Maya, Substance painter, Unity3D, Unreal, etc. is required.
- Experience with customer research methods, including interviewing, usability testing, etc.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills and up-to-date expertise in human-centered design best practices
- Ability to present designs to a wide range of audiences, including software development, quality assurance, marketing, and sales
- Strong understanding of game development frameworks and methodologies and pipelines.
- Experienced in wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch, InVision Studio, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experienced in design tools for creating fully rendered mockups such as Photoshop/ Illustrator/ AfterEffects or similar software
- Up-to-date expertise in human-centred design best practices
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience / training
- Experience with Python and / or Mel / Maya API is a plus
