The Sales Support role requires collaboration with your supervisor to generate leads and gain hands-on experience in the sales field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in lead generation with support from supervisor and training provided.
- Oversee administrative tasks, follow-ups, coordination with internal/external parties, and preparation of sales reports and documentation for weekly/monthly reporting to management.
- Aid supervisor in lead mining and keyword proposal tasks.
- Engage in all stages of the Sales Consultant's meetings, including prospecting, presentation, closing, and servicing.
- Contribute to presenting campaign ideas, project progress reports, and performance reports to enhance client satisfaction with the company's products and services.
- Work closely with sales and other departments to understand and effectively communicate client needs in devising a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
- Follow up with clients on materials/info needed for Web, SEO, and PPC, solving problems and ensuring deadlines are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English and BM.
- Strong communication skills and team player.
- Skilled in client management and enjoys meeting people.
- Basic salary provided.
- Hands-on training provided.
- Own transportation required (transportation with supervisor also available).

**Expectations**:

- One-on-one supervision from experienced sales team.
- Learn how to generate inbound and outbound leads.
- Receive basic salary.
- Proper training through videos, notes, PPT, etc.
- Gain knowledge of how sales works and how to close deals.
- No sales targets, seeking talent interested in pursuing a sales career in the future.

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
