Manage and maintain FamilyMart Loyalty Programme & eCommerce mobile app, from content creation, promotion, rewards and more
- Work closely with merchandising and operation team to maintain timely and accurate update of product listings across all eCommerce / delivery platforms (internal and external partners)
- Coordinate marketing activities execution such as communication with stores, POSM ordering and deployment in stores
- Monitor app review and work closely with Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty are maintained
- Keep up with trends in the e-commerce space, competitors' activities, member behaviour observations and industry best practices to recommend strategies and ideas
- Assist with execution and analysis research activities, ie. Competitor and market research, consumer surverys, product concept testings
- Able to perform ad hoc tasks as per assigned

Role Requirements:

- Possess diploma or degree in Digital Markteting / eCommerce / Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Studies or equivalent
- Experience in _**eCommerce, branding, marketing and trade marketing**_ roles would be an added advantage
- Good command of language & copywriting skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words & Powerpoint
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Able to work in an office located at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
