Job Description:

- Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range business plans and budgets to improve the divisions' performance and ensure long term sustainable growth objectives.
- Identifies problems and opportunities and addresses them; bring those which are appropriate to GMD to facilitates discussion and deliberation.
- Study and analyze macro-environment and market trends, issues, problems and activities and constantly review the business plan to ensure the competitiveness and market leadership.
- Responsible for the overall financial targets and budget of the designated divisions and manage key operational and supply chain issues.
- Directs internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria.
- Drives and strategize Product Development across subsidiaries.
- Create synergies in cross selling products and services across subsidiaries.
- Demonstrate a significant understanding of the Local & Overseas markets and spearhead new market expansion and penetration.
- Directs the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the enterprise. Ensure a sound internal control system in place.
- Develops and establishes operating policies consistent with GMD's broad policies and objectives and insures their adequate execution. Appraises and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically, and reports these results to GMD.
- Ensures that all activities and operations are preformed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
- Develops and maintains a sound plan of organization. Establishes policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession for those functions/business units filling under his/her responsibility.
- Maintaining good and sound relationship with all suppliers.

Pay: RM3,422.06 - RM18,842.81 per month
