**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin & English

- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments and gaming industry is advantageous
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent

**Employment Details**:

- Type: Full-time
- Salary: RM3,000 per month
- Benefit: Remote work option
- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts, which may include midnight and weekend schedules
- Additional Incentives: Attendance bonus and overtime compensation

**Desired Experience & Competencies**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the customer service, call center and mobile gaming industry (preferred)
- Language proficiency: English (essential), Mandarin (essential)
