Qualifications:
Gender: Male

**Salary**: RM2500 - RM2800 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or agent management

Academic Qualification: Degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business, or Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate sales activities with appointed agents.
- Provide support and training for sales agents to ensure they achieve sales targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales results.
- Dealing with agents to ensure that the company's products or services are delivered on time and according to specified specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, data analysis, and sales strategies.
- Provide administrative support for daily affairs related to agent management and sales.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills (oral and written) in interacting with agents and other parties.
- Skills in time management and organization to manage various tasks and projects.
- Skills in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for the preparation of reports and analysis.
- Ability to work in a team and provide support to the sales team and agents.
- Experience in managing a sales agent or sales team is an advantage.

How to Apply:

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
