Production Technician

**Machine Set-up**
- In charge of setting up the Production line for the next production run.
- In charge of the CNS of the machine in accordance to GMP guidelines.
- Work with the Engineering team to set up a daily check list for the machines.
- Work with Machine Supplier and the Engineering team to establish the machine SOP.
- Able to employ SMED (internal and external activities) and optimize quick change-overs.

**Productivity**
- Run the line with minimum down time, on time and correct per finite plan.
- Establish cycle time for various products.
- Ensure line output and efficiency.
- Conduct line balancing study with Production Manager and establish operator requirements.

**Record Keeping**
- Record machine outputs and line efficiencies.
- Maintain a detailed skill matrix of line operators.
- Complete BMR and RM reconciliation record after a production run.
- Raise accurate and correct docket for FGs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of auditable GMP required paperwork.

Pay: RM1,950.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
