Internship Duration**:3 to 5 months**

**Responsibilities**:
**Enquiries Management**:

- Answer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Manage adverse events or product quality complaints following the correct procedures.
- Record all interactions in the database, ensuring documentation is clear, thorough, and accurate according to Good Documentation Practices.
- Escalate inquiries that cannot be answered according to standard processes.
- Use computer systems to manage a high volume of inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
- Perform any ad hoc and special projects assigned by management (based on experience).

**Operational Excellence**:

- Suggest improvement and effective methods to meet customer needs and provide feedback to improve daily processes.
- Keep up-to-date with company products and improve the material dispatch workflow.
- Support changes in the organization and be flexible in providing coverage or availability.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance in daily operations.
- Follow preventive and corrective actions as required.
- Assist with investigations, monitoring, and audits

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, biomedical sciences, life sciences, or relevant field.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to details.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
