Experience in AutoCount and BOM (Build of Materials) is an advantagE
- **Recording Transactions**: Accurately recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**: Managing accounts payable (money owed to suppliers) and accounts receivable (money owed by customers), ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- **Invoicing**: Creating and processing invoices for customers and clients.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
- **Data Entry**: Entering financial data into accounting systems and maintaining accurate records.
- **Filing and Documentation**: Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital financial records.
- **Communication**: Interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Performing various administrative duties, such as answering phones, handling mail, and managing office supplies.
- **Payroll Processing**: May assist with payroll processing, including calculating wages and salaries.
- **Auditing**: Assisting with audits and tax filin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
