Summary: As a Certified Senior Workday Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert support and troubleshooting for Workday solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert support for Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, and others.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and integrations.
- Assist clients with system updates, enhancements, and optimizations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and updates.
- Document and track support cases and resolutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Workday, including at least 4 years in a support role.
- Workday certification in one or more modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Payroll) is required.
- Strong understanding of HR and finance business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support cases and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
