**Seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician**

Are you a handy problem-solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you have experience in air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical work? Ben K Dental Lab is looking for a versatile maintenance technician to join our team

**Job Tasks**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to any machines or tools
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and prevent potential problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
- Support dental technicians when needed and be open to learning new skills related to the dental lab environment

**Qualification**:

- Fluency in Mandarin
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
- Strong skills in at least one of the following areas: air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical work, etc.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various positions
- Willingness to learn and assist in dental technician tasks when needed

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
