Who You Are:

Maintenance Technician 1

Position Summary:

Responsible for all machine and tool in production include NPI and will have exposure with Sawing, Die Attach and DOP process. Support Engineering data and machine analysis

What You Will Do:

·       Perform routine maintenance, calibration, set-up, initialize, machine conversion and 6S.

·       Release and investigate on hold lot disposition. Release production on hold lot in time.

·       Spare part control and cost saving project.

·       Perform machine repair and verify functionality of modules.

·       Ensure and build in safety ergonomic factor into existing equipment.

·       Reliable and careful to complete task given without fail with compliant to EHS procedure.

·       Full participation in improving Product/ Process Yields, Safety, Quality and Environment & Equipment.

·       Punctually return from break time and to work with good attendance including OT support when required.

·       Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork with supervisors, engineers, and team members.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

·       Minimum 1-3 years working experience in semiconductor machine troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and safety control.

·       Strong analytical mind and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP

Education (Minimum Level)

· Diploma

Field of Study

Any engineering with related field.

Years of Experience (Minimum)

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Candidates with experience in Sawing, Die Attach or Die on Phosphor Attach machine process, Dispensing machine process and technical background with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting will be given priority.

·       Preferably candidates with strong teamwork, independence, and an aggressive attitude, along with excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
