1) To Update and maintaining Offhire Onhire activity and updating Commercial Department on Offhire Record;
2) To prepare Management Committee Meeting Slide (Offhire data, port operations activity & status)
3) To prepare Monthly Contractor Meeting Presentation Slide (SUPSB, NORTHPORT, PFLNG)
4) To attend Management Meeting & Monthly Contactor Meeting, Operations Weekly Coordination Meeting (if required);
5) To monitor and keep updates Vessel’s Trading Certificate;
6) To liaise with Master/Chief Officer on submitting required documents/ monthly report/ FMS
7) Liaise with local agent regarding agency matters;
8) To assist Commercial Department on providing required documents/certificates for Tender Requirement;
9) To check Petty Cash (SUPSB, NP, KPSB & BINTULU PORT) evidence before signed by Port Operations Manager
10) Liaise with Account Department on expedite payment. (Vessels matters);
11) To prepare PFLNG Offtake Invoice for every offtake & condensate done by vessels;
12) To compile and filling OVID evidence
13) To perform any other duties or ad-hoc assignment as instructed by General Manager and Managing Director from time to time, as and when required;
14) To accept and implement any other task given by company from time to time.
15) To provide operations support on other company’s projects and works requirements;
WE ARE PREDOMINANTLY AN OWNER AND OPERATOR OF MARINE VESSELS WHERE OUR BUSINESS IS FOCUSED ON MARINE TRANSPORTATION AND OFFSHORE STORAGE OF OIL AND GAS, AND PROVISION OF PORT MARINE SERVICES
