Do you have the drive and ambition to help shape a brighter future?- Responsible to Manage the Production team- Drive Production and Maintenance performance to meet the required SC KPIs and defined financial targets- Assist Plant Manager to identify and drives Supply Chain PAP cost saving initiatives- Drive change management and Continuous Improvement culture and mindset across Production and Maintenance team- Responsible to assist Plant Manager with the CAPEX (capital expenditure) and FE (fixed expenses) budgeting- Responsible to carry out the CAPEX project and ensure the FE expenses are managed well within the budget- Responsible to develop people capabilities and team competencies at operation by identifying the needed development and training programs- Ensure Production & Maintenance are safe and it’s 6S is at upmost tour condition all the time

What are we looking for?- University degree in chemistry or engineering field- Minimum 5 years industrial experience, with minimum 3 years in management role- Knowledge of paint technology will be added advantage- Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 is essential- Knowledge of LEAN/6 SIGMA/any other continuous improvement methodology- Strong oral/written communication and presentation skill- Fluency in English
