**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize IT tools and systems for reporting, database updates, and communication tracking.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in **customer service**, **client relations**, or **event coordination** is an advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess good IT knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
