**Job description**
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk (Mobile), Receptionist, or similar role
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking, Agoda and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- PREFERABLY MALAYSIAN
- PREFERABLY 20-35 years old
- Have **OWN TRANSPORT & VALID DRIVING LICENSE**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- PJ area : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Schedule**:

- Rotational shift

**Working hours**:

- 8.00am - 4.30pm (compulsory OT 3.5hours) : end shift 8pm
- 8.00pm - 4.30am (compulsory OT 3.5hours) : end shift 8am

**Work Location**:

- Victory2 Boutique Hotel - Jln Imbi Bukit Bintang

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
