**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead project delivery for banking enhancements, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
- Plan and manage technical deliverables, coordinating with teams for smooth execution.
- Oversee technical dependencies and address risks/issues throughout the delivery process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Business Analysts, System Analysts, SMEs) to implement functional and technical requirements.
- Provide input on specifications, including effort estimates and delivery plans.
- Ensure solution designs comply with enterprise standards, security, and control requirements.
- Oversee testing processes (SIT, UAT, performance, and security) alongside the Test Manager.
- Work with IT Security to ensure penetration testing and mitigation actions are completed.
- Develop and implement technical plans across teams for a seamless deployment and post-implementation support.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Banking/Investment Banking or IT, with functional knowledge in Loans, Limits/Facility, Collaterals, Provisioning, and Non-performing Loans (NPL).
- Experience with Silverlake banking software suite, specifically Loans & Limits module.
- Strong technical skills in AS400/DB2 architecture, RPG, COBOL programming, and ALDON.
- Proven experience in end-to-end SDLC and system delivery management for project implementation or change requests.
- Excellent team management and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Pay: RM150,000.00 - RM198,000.00 per year
