**Admin & Customer Service**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Admin & Customer Service is responsible for managing daily TikTok Shop & Shopee Shop operations, including order processing, customer support, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports the sales team in driving growth on TikTok & Shopee.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY**:
**1. Order & System Management**
- Handle customer orders on TikTok Shop & Shopee Shop (processing, packaging, shipping).
- Update order records, inventory, and shipment status.
- Resolve issues related to payment, shipping, or stock availability.

**2. Customer Service**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via TikTok & Shopee Chat.
- Address complaints effectively and provide quick solutions.
- Share accurate product, promotion, and shipping information.

**3. Operations Support**
- Assist live streaming team with stock updates & product listings.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
- Monitor customer feedback & suggest improvements.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field (Business/Admin/Marketing).

2. Experience in e-commerce or customer service is an advantage.

3. Good communication skills (Malay & English).

4. Familiar with TikTok Shop & Shopee Shop platform & e-commerce operations.

5. Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
**KPIs (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR)**

1. Customer satisfaction & response rate.

2. Accuracy and timeliness of order management.

3. Resolution rate of customer issues.

4. Consistency of reporting & operational support.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
