**Location: Bandar Botanic, Klang**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support to the **Legal Manager** on business operations, compliance matters, and updates on relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and vet a variety of legal documents, including **contracts, agreements**, and official correspondence.
- Manage legal matters such as **due diligence** and liaise with **external legal counsel** as needed.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal **compliance policies and procedures** in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensure the company's operations are in full compliance with applicable **legal, regulatory, and licensing** obligations.
- Coordinate with **external lawyers** and other third-party advisors on legal or recovery-related matters.
- Assist with **corporate secretarial tasks**, including the preparation of **board resolutions** and **statutory filings**.
- Support the development and execution of **internal and external communication strategies** aligned with company objectives.
- Draft and edit **press releases, company statements, speeches**, and other communication materials.
- Manage **media relations** and respond to inquiries from stakeholders, including customers, the public, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in preparing content for **corporate publications**, **social media**, **website updates**, and **investor communications**.
- Coordinate the company’s **branding**, **ESG initiatives**, and **corporate events** in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure all public-facing materials and communications are **legally compliant** and align with the company’s **corporate identity and tone of voice**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in legal or corporate communications.
- Good command of **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia.**:

- Ability to communicate in **Mandarin** is an added advantage.
- Preferably with background or knowledge in **Law, Legal Services**, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, and proactive mindset are essential.
- **Fresh graduates** are encouraged to apply.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
