**Shipping Operations**:

- Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping standards.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and service providers

**E-commerce Logistics**:

- Oversee the order fulfillment process, from receiving online orders to final delivery.
- Work closely with e-commerce platforms to manage inventory and shipping.
- Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery times and order accuracy.
- Resolve shipping delays, returns, and customer complaints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
