One of the leading suppliers and manufacturers of ball bearings that services customers across the globe is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team in Nilai.

**Your new role**

As the new Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Custodian of Quality Systems & representative of customers in ensuring the product quality
- Drive the risk assessment process to continuously assess, improve the process failure modes, hidden risk factors & technical gaps
- Responsible for designing and driving the complete audit cycle for System, Product & Process
- Ensure the Measurement System Analysis of all measurements systems through timely calibration & improvements

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed, you'll need:

- MUST HAVE 15 years of working experience, with at least 5 in a lead role.
- MUST HAVE experience in automotive industry
- Experienced in quality tools
- Excellent knowledge & experience in QMS Assessment such as IATF 16949:2016
- Lean & six sigma is an advantage
